Recent update a victim of his said to a private detective said he pleaded guilty is on probation for 2 years and is a registered sex offender for life along with community service and had all his devices confiscated

"allegedly" he led an irl and online harassment campaign against Vee, pushing for her getting fired from Spindlehorse and becoming unable to find any job while struggling with chronic illness (of which Kyle was aware of) which led her to pour all her money into hospice care (which is close to a form of suicide). Not to mention that even in your version of the events, Kyle seems to have grabbed a bunch of shotacon art and showed it to a bunch of people unprompted, which is a gross violation of privacy and personal boundaries.
And you come here and handwave this whole event? Then maybe you should take a hard look and wonder what other people you are friends with who might not be the little angels you think they are. So that in the future you don't have to wait, or be so surprised, for a friend of yours to appear on Wikipedia with the blurb "sex offender" before cutting them off.
